What payment methods do you accept?

You can make payments via Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®, Discover®, JCB®, PayPal™, Amazon Payments and bank wire transfer.

Will you charge me for upgrading my plan?

You will only pay the difference in price when you upgrade your account.

Do you have a refund policy?

When there is a reasonable order dispute, we encourage our customers to submit a refund request that we do our best to respond to in a timely manner. If you require any help with the refund process, we are also happy to help. You can read our full refund policy here.

How do I request a refund from VidJuice?

Just send us an email with the details of your refund request and we will get back to you as soon as possible to provide any assistance you may need.

How do I get a refund for a repeat purchase?

If you accidentally purchased the same product twice and you would only like to keep one subscription, contact our support team. Provide as much detail about the issue as you can and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.

What if I don’t receive my refund?

If the refund process is complete, but you don’t see the refund amount in your account, here’s what you can do:

  • Contact VidJuice to see if the refund has already been issued
  • Contact your bank to see if they have received the funds
  • If VidJuice has already issued the refund, contact your bank for assistance

Can I cancel my subscription?

The 1-month plan comes with automatic renewals. But you can cancel your subscription at any time if you don’t want to renew it.

To cancel the subscription, you can send us an email requesting assistance with the cancellation, or you can cancel it yourself by subscription management.

What will happen when I cancel my subscription?

Your current subscription will remain active until the end of the billing period. It will then be downgraded to the basic plan.

How do I download videos?

This program is very easy to use:

  • Copy and paste the URL of the video you want to download
  • Click the “Download” button to begin the conversion process
  • Choose an output format and then click the “Download” button

Can I download a live stream?

Yes. Our VidJuice UniTube downloader supports downloading live streaming videos in real time from popular live platforms, including Twitch, Vimeo, YouTube, Facebook, Bigo Live, Stripchat, xHamsterLive, and other well-known websites.

Can I use VidJuice UniTube on Android and iOS devices?

You can use only on Android, VidJuice UniTube iOS version will be coming soon.

What if I want to download an MP3 file from a YouTube Link?

After pasting the YouTube link into the website, select the “Audio tab”, choose “MP3” as the output format and click “Download” to download the MP3 file.

What should I do when I see an error message?

Make sure that the video you’re trying to download is the permitted size and length and ensure it is still available online.

What should I do if I can’t download a video from YouTube?

If you are unable to download the video from YouTube, check the following:

  • Make sure that your computer is connected to the internet.
  • If the video is set to “private”, we cannot download it.
  • Check if the video still exists on YouTube. If it has been removed, you will not be able to download it.
